  • By accessing or using NeroLearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeroLearn.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use NeroLearn.
  • If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • By using NeroLearn, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Creation

  • You must provide a valid and accurate email address when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
  • Only one account per person is permitted.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Tier and Paid Plans

  • Free tier: includes 3 AI-generated courses, no credit card required.
  • Paid plans: pricing is available on our website and billed monthly or annually.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods when paid plans launch.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use NeroLearn for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Access another user's account without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures

You agree to:

  • Use NeroLearn for legitimate learning and teaching purposes

6. Intellectual Property

  • The NeroLearn platform, branding, and software are owned by NeroLearn.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission.
  • AI-generated course content: you are granted a license to use it for personal and educational purposes.
  • YouTube video content: subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

7. User Content

  • You retain ownership of any content you create on NeroLearn.
  • You grant NeroLearn a license to display your courses to learners on the platform.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

  • NeroLearn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you have paid in the last 12 months.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability — these limitations may not apply to you.

  • We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to NeroLearn ends immediately.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
  • Your course data is deleted.
  • Your classroom data is removed.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from account termination.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time.
  • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
  • Significant changes: we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
  • Minor changes: may be made without prior notice.
  • Your continued use of NeroLearn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and delete your account.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • EU/UK users: your statutory consumer rights are preserved.
  • US users: exclusive jurisdiction resides in India.
